A Life of Triggers
I am a 44 year old married, mother of 3 girls. I work full time. I am on an ongoing quest to be comfortable in my own skin while dealing being a wife, motherhood(including a teen with special needs), work and dealing with the constant but unexpected triggers that always pop up from my growing up years that should be resolved by now, but just keep on coming up when I least expect them.
